By purchasing or using AICI, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

Subject to payment and compliance with these terms, sedvio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use AICI on the number of devices specified by your license tier.

You may not: (a) redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; (c) remove or obscure proprietary notices; or (d) use the software for any unlawful purpose.

We may revoke your license if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the software and delete all copies.

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, sedvio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which sedvio operates.
